The containers in this work attempt to convey the continuous tension, shared by so many Immigrants, of belonging to two different places and cultures, and of being divided between them.  

My current series of Story Containers uses a collage of photographs of trees and dividing walls, rendered in enamel, to tell a personal narrative.
